Fair & Festivals
Orissa is the modern name of the erstwhile Utkal and Kalinga. The later is refered in ancient history as one of the landmarks as far as war and peace is concerned. It was during this ‘Kalinga war’ that the great Ashoka abandoned violence and embrased peace as the new weapon to conquer the world with the help of Budhism.

All along history, Orissa remains to be the heaven of peace. The peace of the place is enhanced and multiplied by the gifts of nature as well as the creation of architecturally rich temples and monuments. Located in the east of India, Orissa is a place worth visiting at least once. It is certain that the visitors would derive peace of mind in the abundance of the gifts of nature and realise the magnificent creation of architectural brilliance of the peaceful mind as well.

Apart from all these, fairs and festivals are the ones that keep the state rolling and make the place lively round the year.

In fact, Orissa is famous for thirteen festivals in twelve months. All these together make Orissa one of the most happening places to be part of and enjoy.

Keeping all these in mind, we have developed packages that would give the people the round the year option to visit.
